'The Childhood of a Leader' Will Have Its World Premiere at the 72nd Venice Film Festival

Great news! 'The Childhood of a Leader' will have its World Premiere at the 72nd Venice Film Festival!

The 72nd Venice Film Festival will run from September 2-12, 2015 on Venice Lido. Check more info at the official site.

The Childhood of Leader screenings will be on:

Saturday, September 5 at 2:30pm at Sala Darsena
Sunday, September 6 at 1:15pm at Palabiennale

The movie will be at the Horizons sections of the festival. From the official site, the Orizzonti section is:

An international competition reserved to a maximum of 20 films, dedicated to films that represent the latest aesthetic and expressive trends in international cinema, with special attention to debut films, young talents who are not yet firmly established, indie features, as well as works that address specific genres and current production, with the aim of innovating and demonstrating creative originality.
The Orizzonti section contains a selection of competing short films lasting a maximum of 20 minutes, selected on the basis of criteria such as quality and originality of language and expression.
Only feature-length and short films presented as world premieres at the Venice Film Festival will be admitted.

Attention Twilight Fans, the World Premiere of The Twilight Saga finale, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2" is nearly upon us. In order to give all faithful fans a fair chance to take part in the festivities planned leading up to the premiere, Summit Entertainment is putting in place some new procedures for this year's fan camping.
Due to the high demand to attend this year's Fan Camp and the limited amount of space available,
FAN CAMP TICKETS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED THROUGH A RANDOM DRAWING OF ALL ELIGIBLE REGISTRATION SUBMISSIONS DURING THE REGISTRATION PERIOD.
The process to attend this year's Fan Camp will happen in 4 phases:

• Phase 1: Fan Camp Registration
• Phase 2: Fan Camp Drawing
• Phase 3: Fan Camp Ticket Notification
• Phase 4: Fan Camp Check-in

There are approximately 1,200 Fan Camp tickets available in total. Each ticket is for one (1) spot at the Fan Camp. Fan Camp spots will be determined by a random drawing to be conducted after the Registration Period has closed. The winners of the drawing will be notified by email with instructions on how to pick up their tickets and when to report to Fan Camp for check-in.
This year all campers will be in the same Fan Camp area. Selection for a Fan Camp ticket does not guarantee eligibility for any other fan events, prizes or drawings. All special fan events and prizes will be determined by additional and separate random drawings.

'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' World Premiere Info - Nov 12th

The final Twilight Saga premiere is going to be Monday, Nov. 12 at the Nokia Plaza LA Live

Camping info:

- Camping will start Nov. 8th for registered campers.
- They want to accommodate more campers than the past and have more activities,
- Monday, October 1st, more specific instructions about the registration will be revealed by Summit.
- Registration for premiere camping will happen online, similar to the process for The Hunger Games premiere.
- More details as they come. You WILL be able to camp with your friends.

Rob's Rep Says He'll Attend Cosmopolis Premiere, According to People

According to People, Rob's rep says he'll attend the Cosmopolis premiere in NYC on August 13th and talk to the press on August 14th

Pattinson, 26, stars in the new movie Cosmopolis, due out in theaters Aug. 17. And despite reports that the Twilight star – whose girlfriend Kristen Stewart cheated on him – has cancelled promotional appearances for the movie, he will show up to support the film in a few short weeks.

"Cosmopolis is a film that Robert is very proud of and looks forward to supporting," his rep said in a statement Wednesday. "No confirmed engagements have been canceled. Any reports to the contrary are inaccurate."

So the fiercely private Pattinson will have to face the media and fan frenzy during the Cosmopolis premiere in New York City on Aug. 13 and speak to reporters at a press event the following day.

Last summer, Robert Pattinson and Sarah Gadon were out and about shooting scenes for David Cronenberg’s Cosmopolis, and it was announced today that they’ll be coming back for the premiere on June 4—they’ll be in town for a press junket, and some will walk a small red carpet before the movie. Locations are being kept super-top secret for now, but their arrival means there will be a bevy of pretty young things in the city all at once in June: Pattinson, Gadon and Jake Gyllenhaal—who is in town filming—will all be here. It might be wise to just carry your camera and autograph book around with you at all times.
