New/Old Fan Picture of Rob
My guess? NYC during Remember Me filming. The fan posted a few old fan pictures a couple days ago and the one with Rob was one of them.

Maybe it's from 2009 Music Awards? Rob, Kristen, and Taylor were all in New York during September then....
