Excited to see QofD, but this trailer was not compelling at all.
Love this group of actors so I hope another trailer will change my mind.
Disappointed.

I'm actually really excited to see this! Rob and that accent. Oh, how I've missed seeing him up on the big screen.

@l anderson ikr. I'm British and I don't know any man that makes the accent so freaking sexy lol.

Interesting. I'm not sure why, but I didn't expect it to look so lush. I was disappointed when Naomi Watts was replaced with Nicole Kidman (although I think she's a good actress), but I'm now looking forward to this!

@pyquerette i know what you mean regarding nicole kidman. she seems like a nice person but i just don't like her as an actress. to me she plays every character the same way and that bores me :-/
but i am just happy that rob got good reviews and shows off his range! every character he plays is completely different. i love it

The story sounds really good. Rob looks amazing as usual.

Rob's accent is on point and he looks beautiful, unfortunately Nicole Kidman looks almost every bit of 50 years old, James Franco's English accent is dubious, Damian Lewis seems O.K. and the film does look lush and sprawling but also somewhat boring and pretentious but I do believe that Rob looks like he does steal the movie.

The movie is what it is, but Rob is in it and I follow he career, so I will watch this as soon as it is available. What may look boring in a trailer could be quite good on the screen. I will look forward to see Rob in another character that he has already gotten praise for.

I agree with you @live guest. I support Rob in everything he does and everything he has done has been fantastic. I have the feeling that this is a powerful story.

Rob as T E Lawrence is going to be amazing, he is an actor who immerses himself in the character he is portraying. T E Lawrence was very witty and brave.Gertrude Bell was so far ahead of her time and in that era women where not supposed to be brighter than men or even want to travel to places far far away it was unheard of. T E Lawrence was her friend and he helped her in what she was attempting.I think Nicole will be good in the role and as for Rob, well he immerses himself in the character he is portraying. Robert Pattinson is a gifted actor who sadly is seen by some comatose critics as "that guy from Twilight".
Rob has never disappointed in any of the movies he has made, he is mesmerising up there on the big screen. There are some actors who play themselves in every movie. Rob is head and shoulders above all of them.

Yes, you are right Barbara some actors say they are themselves in films and it shows because there is no diversity in their acting and to me that's not what makes a truly good actor, it makes them dare I say boring. In Rob's case he really gets into character.

@No one special. we have to thank the wonderful David Cronenberg for looking past Rob's beauty and seeing the gifted actor,"Cosmopolis" is one of my favourite Rob movies, he was mind blowing. Unfortunately some people prefer movies that have brain dumbing dialogue or cars more cars and even more cars crashing burning, for 110 minutes, people leave the cinema looking like they have had a lobotomy.

I agree Barbara. I went to the movies to see Pitch Perfect II to see if it was better than PPI but in my opinion, it wasn't. But, by the time I got through the previews of nothing but bombing, shooting, car crashes, futuristic sh*t, I was actually ready to leave without watching it. Give me a good actor, great cinematography, a good storyline and some history and a good sound tract. That's my kind of movie.

I will surely watch this movie as soon as available in Canada. I keep on watching this trailer as Rob looks beautiful here and his accent was perfect.

Rob looks and sounds absolutely delicious in the trailer. He's gonna slay us as TE Lawrence, who was quite the troll. I hope we get some good promo interviews so he can talk about Lawrence and the lion cubs.
