The girl is Sarah Roemer and she is a friend of Kristen. They were in the movie Cutlass together.

Good for Rob telling these parasites to get out of his way. It sounds like he has an American accent as he is telling these leeches to get out of his way. I do think Jimmy Fallon had a point he may be losing his accent.
