Yes, that's Clare, and she's wearing a badge around her neck from the Manchester International Music Festival where Twigs had a performance/video today. Rob and his mum must be so proud of Twigs, it's very prestigious for her to have been selected to be at the MIMF for a 9 day residency. She and Rob are both true artists.
There was a tweet about Rob being seen in a tea shop, that's probably near where these pics were taken. He looks fantastic, I'm getting used to the beard again, I know he's going to need it for TLCOZ.

I bet his family is enjoying all this time that they get to see and spend with their son since he is traveling more and not tied down in LA. Wonder if he is thinking of a permanent move to London since he and Twigs are from there?
What a treat to see Clare supporting Rob's fiancee a MIF. What a true artist T is and Rob and his family supporting her had to make her feel so proud of herself. Rob's LCOZ beard has a jump on Charlie's. I saw a recent picture of Charlie and his beard has just now started growing. Can't wait to see them on set. Rob and his mum...thanks for posting Rplife.

@Brenda Wilson ... hm possible, since he already owns property in london. and he also said that here, the paps are a lot easier to handle and not as aggressive.
@Brenda i love that he spends more time in London now. it seems like he is able to live a normal life there. i mean who would have thought that we would get sightings of him taking the bus home at new years eve like every other normal guy?? that makes me really happy for him. i think they will maybe split their time between LA and London.

Never mind live guest, I found them after the jump although it's very hard to make them out, I used my trusty magnifying glass and could just make out Richard's head in the fan foto's at the tea room, but thanks anyway!
Rob's dad and I think Twigs dad are in the pics of Rob and his mom walking. Rob's dad is walking behind Rob and Twig's dad is walking behind Clare. The four of them must have either been going to or coming from that restaurant.
Cool that they all went up to Manchester to support her today. She had multiple performances, not just one, which is probably why she isn't with them.
I don't think Rob owns any property in London for when he bought the smaller home in LA, it was stated that he sold his larger property in LA and that was all he owned. T has an apartment there and I am guessing that is where they stay when in London. If anyone knows any different, please let us know.
