I think that girl walking is WITH THEM. I think she was with Rob when he was with a bunch of those rapper guys in Malibu a few weeks/month ago. Rumors of him showing up places with a brunette - maybe this is her?
That's Tahliah Barnett, age 25 also knows as FKA Twigs. She released her 2nd album in the US. She is also London born. She could be there to do the entertaining for the wedding. She has a really nice voice. Rob's long legs are hard to keep up with when walking.
She looks random,she's not even in any pics with the 3 of them...the papp angle is all it is,a papp pic of Rob walking and a female walking by him...lol.If it is KFA Twigs,good for her,but this girl looks oddly confused.
