    Maybe it's the same day of Katy's Labor's day party on September 3rd. Cuz she's wearing the same head band and the same earrings.

    But she's wearing a different shirt than she was wearing in other pics from the party. Jewelry is different too. Plus you can see what looks like a restaurant kitchen door in one of the pictures. And Rob seems to be wearing pretty heavy clothes considering that LA was in a heat wave that week. Besides that party got a lot of mentions in the gossip press and lots of pap photos - gotta think if Rob were there we would have known about it.

    Katy's party on Labor Day was a promotional party. I doubt that she was dressed for a party with what she is wearing. Head band and all. She has on no make up. The photos could be years old.

    Photo data shows the pics were taken late night Sept. 2, 2013. So it was either Katy's Labor Day party or the afterparty. You can see she has the same headband and earrings that she was wearing in the LD party pics.

    Where are you seeing dates? And she also had the headband on in pictures of her leaving NY least month so that doesn't prove anything really.

    No offense at all, trust me, not my intention... This is not mean to be offensive, but...

    O.O ... You people should work for the FBI... Seriously... If you don't already have a job that you rather, then, give a serious thought to working for the FBI... or whichever is the similar in your country...
    It's really, really outstanding the way how you can keep up so much with dates, places, clothes, and tiny details...
    I mean, you could show me as new a photo taken last year, and I'd believe you... And I'm already very "perceptive" in 3D life...
    Just a random suggestion, that has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that I'm watching "Missing" on Discovery Channel... XD

    All in all, I still think he's locked inside a pillow room, with an in suite bathroom, a minibar, 20 guitars, 1 piano, and at least 40 music pads... writing, composing, or just relaxing, trying to shut down the outside world...

    Nope, the headband leaving NYC was different. Horizontal stripes.

    Multiple people who can access the photo exit data have said these were taken early morning Sept. 3.
