MTTS in July MBL in August and QOTD in Sept. Hmmm he is going to be racking up the frequent flyer miles and looks like there is potential for overlap since a typical indie is usually 5-6 weeks. But I guess it could be done with perfect scheduling. Well no indie is really locked for shooting until they are on the set. Good luck Rob!
I hope the scheduling works out. Looking forward to Rob's Southern accent. Thanks to Eric for his service and for his approval of Rob for the role. This role is so tailor-made for Rob, it should be a fabulous part for him.
Hi bwen & Lisa...Wow!..that's one heck of a schedule looking at the lined up you listed there bwen!!!..it's going to be a very hectic time for Rob! ITA with bwen ,it could be done with perfect scheduling..I understand Rob has a supporting role in Queen of the Desert so he will probably spend shorter time filming...have they got any start date for Hold on to me?..oh, well we just have to wait and see!
OH, just seen you there Iluvthemovies...yes, I'm with you about looking forward to hear Rob's southern accent,do you think the delay in start of production may have something to do with finding an alternative safer location in the middle east that is similar to Iraq?..and I agree that this MBL role is going to be a Fabulous role for ROB!...not to worry..August will soon be here:)
OMG!!..just watched the interview ,this is an amazing story of an amazing man!...to see Rob as Eric is going to be awesome ! I can't wait to see this next year!
Hi twilightnan, I do think the scheduling in August could be due to the location, but I am not certain. Lets cross every body part that all these roles do work out for him. He deserves all these roles and the diversity he will show in each of these roles will be so thrilling to watch on screen.
Okay ,Iluvthemovies..I'll crossed every parts of my body that I am able to..at my age it's getting difficult lol!...I promise I will try ..will even get 'Milo' to keep his paws crossed lol!..maybe Bear and Bernie will join in too;) for luck!..hi bwen...I read that Rob had a meeting with Carey Mulligan in NYC for Hold on to me...maybe this will be the next one ..just guessing here.
@twilightnan I saw that nan. Well Rob will be collecting a bunch of frequent flyer miles. And as you know until he is on the set an indie movie's start date can be a moving a target.
yes, bwen..looks like it..so it's Morocco for QOTD,not sure if it's Jordan for MBL,MTTS would be in USA,no idea about where the location for Hold on to me...okay ladies I'm going to say goodnight have a great weekend!
@twiligthnan MTTS is LA and Toronto. Hold Onto Me should be the US as well. And the other two are in the deserts of the Middle east and North Africa. It should be interesting...lol Goodnight nan!
@LisaCT I've looked but I cant find a date for Hold Onto Me. Nan and I brought it up because of the speculation elsewhere that, that was why Rob was in NY, for meetings regarding this movie with Carey Mulligan and producers.
What a beautiful, professional site this is. iluvthemovies, I will have everthing crosses as well. Hope everything works out for Rob. I'm glad they shot The Rover when they did and very happy that it went according to schedule so we have at least one movie to look forward to early in the new year. Next year, gosh, that seems like an eternity away.
Hmmm...now August for MBL filming to start? Wonder how that's going to conflict with Maps to the Stars. Isn't that supposed to start in July?
