According to most sources, he's hosting London solo.
More big stars are booked to support "Hope for Haiti" concert. Following announcement that Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Bono, Alicia Keys and Sting are tapped to sing at the gig, it is now confirmed Taylor Swift will make a live performance as well. The country music singer will sing in London now that the concert will be aired in the country. On top of that, Robert Pattinson is also expected to take the hosting job at the forthcoming gig.
According to E! Online, the London-based concert will also have Shakira, Bruce Springsteen, Rihanna and Jay-Z as the musical guests. The L.A. gig which is hosted by George Clooney will see Dave Matthews, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Sheryl Crow, Kid Rock and Keith Urban taking the mic. Meanwhile, the NYC show will have Wyclef Jean as the host and Jennifer Hudson as well as Mary J. Blige singing live.
CMT.com lists a different distribution of performers: Swift will appear in Los Angeles, where Urban, Crow and Kid Rock will offer a special group performance. Others performing in Los Angeles include Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera, Dave Matthews, John Legend, Justin Timberlake and Stevie Wonder. Performing in New York are Wyclef Jean, Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Hudson, Mary J. Blige, Shakira and Sting. The London lineup features Coldplay and a group performance by Bono, the Edge, Jay-Z and Rihanna.

Holy crap he's HOSTING? That's huge! I thought he was just making a quick appearance. I bet he is so darn nervous. But him even appearing on it will definitely bring in donations.
