This is on Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood - it's across from the Seventh Veil strip club. I don't know the name of the restaurant but it wouldn't be that hard to find.
Poor guy can't even eat without being disturbed, however it looks like it might have been taken by a friend? I love his facial expressions though...too funny!
