It's Official! Rob is Going Back To Cannes!

It's official! Rob is going back to the French Riviera! The Cannes official selection is out and...

Maps To The Stars was just announced as one of the fims IN COMPETITION at the 67th Cannes Film Festival!

The Rover was announced for the Midnight Screening section of Cannes (not in competition, the movie will only be shown at the festival)

The 67th Cannes Film Festival runs from May 14 to May 25. More info at the official site and twitter. Check all movies in competition here

According to the official press kit, Maps To The Stars running time is 1h51 and The Rover is 1h40

Rewatch the official Maps To The Stars' trailer HERE and The Rover's trailer HERE (just released today!)

We are so proud of Rob and his movies and we know how much he loves Cannes! From a few interviews from last year:

"If I could go to Cannes every year, I’d be fine with lower income. I’d like all of my movies to go through that festival." (x)
"Every movie I make should get into Cannes." (x)

See you in Cannes, Rob!

  5. Super excited and ecstatic that Rob has two films debuting at Cannes. My best wishes are that he receives fantastic reviews, he seem to be generating good reviews from the trailers alone, still proud to be a Rob fan.
