That pic was not taken at his gym , it is the back door enterance of the Roosevelt hotel

Agreed. Unfortunately I think Spunk Ransom is trying to stir the pot claiming its the Roosevelt when you can clearly see the grey fence behind Rob's car. There's nothing like that on the Roosevelt grounds> Its really a ridiculous argument.
I don't really know why it would be important either way, but this is definitely the gym. Just look at the other pics of Rob there. Especially those were he was seen with the female trainer first. You can clearly see that it's the same place.
And why would Rob go out partying with his trainer....in gym clothes no less? LOL

At the very first glance I thought this was the guy's gym. It looks like the same place we've seen Robert outside of all the other times? lol Maybe Spunk Ransom just caught on to chatter and ran with it when they shouldnt've. Easy mistake when there is so much chatter...
I have a high regard for Spunk Ransom as I have for RPLife, if there was any mistake I'm convinced that it was genuine, not intended. Actually the mistake has been rectified.
