As former tabloid editor Piers Morgan slides into Larry King's slot on CNN with his new talk show Piers Morgan Tonight, TIME takes a look at some other British exports that made it big across the pond
8. Robert Pattinson
The 23-year-old actor, born and raised in London, thought he'd hit the big time when he landed his first blockbuster role playing Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, the fourth installment in the Harry Potter series. I am trying to be reasonable here, but what is the heck is Peirs Morgan before Robert. He really has not made a mark close to Robert or the others on this list and until his show is on the air for at least a year and has high ratings, I don't think he should be highly rated. Sometimes I have to question Time magazine. I would say maybe Rob is behind Victoria and David Beckham, but Piers should be placed in 10th place IMO.
Hi @Iluvthemovies. There are more problems with Time. He isn't 23 yo, and we don't need to figure . We know...
It's my starting place every morning and last lurking every night, though I don't comment. Just RL sucks, and gotta go. Hugs all fans
HE IS #1 AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED!!
Time Magazine may get have some source checking issues. They also ran the quote from rob's security, "You see what you did, you almost killed him." when rob WAS HIT by a NYC cab trying to escape a frenzy of fans during RM...which we all know never happened.
